Trchkan Waterfall is located on the border of the Shirak and Lori regions of the Republic of Armenia, approximately 10 km northwest of Shirakamut village, on the Chichkhan River, which is a left tributary of the Pambak River. Trchkan is the highest and the most full-flowing waterfall among the cascading waterfalls of Armenia; the height of the waterfall is 23.5 meters. Trchkan waterfall is also called Chichkhan Waterfall or Trchkan Water. Trchkan Waterfall has been included in the list of natural monuments since 2008.
