Sharach Waterfall is located in the Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia, on the slope of one of the mountains of the Miapor mountain range, southwest of Aygedzor village, on the Khndzorut River. The local residents call this place the Baigush Gorge. The river originates on the northern and eastern slopes of the Miapor mountain range. The height of the waterfall is 15 meters; it flows into the Agnja River.

You can get to the waterfall  by hiking: no type of car will get here. The hiking route is difficult and is considered for those, who love difficulties and are ready to overcome them. The total length of the hiking route is about 5 km. The road leading to the waterfall passes through a picturesque area and a forest rich in vegetation.
